Jiaqi Shen, an undergraduate researcher in Notre Dame's iSURE program, presented her summer project with the Seabaugh Group at the summer undergraduate research symposium held at Jordan Hall of Science in July. Her project was entitled “Ferroelectric random access memory: Electron beam lithography, process development, mask design, and characterization.”
