In September, Alan Seabaugh was an invited speaker at the 2022 University of Buffalo-IEEE Nano Symposium. Professor Seabaugh's talk on tunnel transistors was part of a special session recognizing the 75th anniversary of the transistor. The symposium was hosted by Professor Huamin Li, former Seabaugh Group postdoc (2014-2016).
